What is Curbside Delivery?
Curb-side delivery is the method used on all our freight shipments unless other arrangements are made.
Freight shipment is used only when shipments are over 120lbs or are over-sized. For our fire pits and grills, this is generally the case. The standard Freight shipping delivery method is typically called “curb-side delivery”. The delivery company should give you a call a day or two ahead of time to schedule and confirm the delivery timeframe.
Your delivery will be made with a full size Semi-Truck ranging from 20 to 53 feet in length. The truck WILL NOT be a box truck like a UPS or FedEx truck, so please assume it will be a long truck.
The driver is only obligated to deliver curbside at the end of your driveway so it will be your responsibility to move it from there.
What Is A Life-Gate? And What Is It Used For?
From there, a lift-gate is used to get the item from the truck to the ground. A life-gate is basically a hydraulic lift used to raise and lower items from ground level to the level of a delivery truck or trailer.
All of our curb-side delivery will have lift-gate provided for you. Most freight companies deliver items on a truck which are usually designed to load and unload at a loading dock or with a fork-lift.

We offer free ground and standard freight shipping on everything we sell to the continental US. On certain products we offer a more comprehensive service to help deliver your item where it will need to go (backyard, inside your home), and faster methods of shipping at an additional cost. Please contact us for any questions.
Shipping takes 2-8 days for most items. Some items are made to order and will take time to prepare before shipping.
We are happy to accept returns up to 15 days from the date you receive the item. We might be able to accept a return after this period. Please contact us for details or questions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
A 15-20% restocking fee will be issued for any returned item but the fee will be waived in most instances for an exchange. Please contact us for more details.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if it has been approved to be returned.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, in approximately 3 days.
Most made to order items cannot be returned. If your item is made to order and your order has already been submitted but not shipped and you decide to cancel your order, it may be too late to cancel your order. Please contact us for the item you are interested in and for more details.
If you received your item and it is damaged or defective we must be notified, along with receiving the relevant evidence, within 7 days of the item being delivered. Please notify us as soon as possible and we will take the necessary steps to replace or repair your item.

Unfortunately you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item, unless the item received was defective or damaged and we were notified within the 7 day period mentioned in the previous paragraph. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. In most cases if the item shipped via freight we will schedule the return. If we ask you to ship the item back to us we recommend using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We don't charge sales tax in all states so the price you see is the price you pay!
